Conceptual model of bi-directional hybridization in the development of computer systems for decision-making support

The article contains results of development of methodology of functional hybrid intelligent systems to solve complex problems of decision-making support. A new approach is suggested for creating such methodology: a bi-directional hybridization that allows constructing intelligent systems with a considerable potential of specialists' reasoning simulation. The concepts of functional and instrumental heterogeneity of complex problems that determine the hybridization directions: `from a problem' and `from a method' are introduced. The conceptual models of original objects (complex problems) and prototype objects (modeling methods) of bi-directional hybridization are considered. The conceptual models of hybridization purposes --- coarse-grain and fine-grain functional hybrid intelligent systems --- are adduced. The life cycle of a bi-directional hybridization is described as an ordered and logically interlocked sequence of operations of a designer of intelligent systems for decision-making support.

Processing of phone call billing in the system "Analytic"

The article is devoted to analysis of a method that allows improving the work of the logical analytic system "Analytic" in the context of adding and processing new information sources. For this purpose it is suggested first of all to use telephone connection billings of different formats as one of the system's data sources, that provides to broaden considerably a search field for the analyst working with the system. And secondly the author describes logical-oriented methods of billings processing for providing the possibility of solving new tasks, such as detecting connected numeric objects, frequency and time analysis and others.
The work covers one of the types of multidimensional statistical analysis --- cluster analysis. In this research an application of different combination of metrics and algorithms of cluster analysis to billing of telephone calls is considered. Billing is one of the sources of data in Logical-oriented Analytic System "Analyst". The urgency of this task is in the results of the research, which could be used for solution of such important tasks as showing up criminal elements in criminalistics, development of new pricing plans and proposals in mobile communication, revealing groups of accounts in the banking area, etc.

Management tools of the IT infrastructure

Management tools of the IT infrastructure of network corporate system are considered as an integral part of all the system's software. The problems solved by these means are formulated, including support of various versions of operating systems and business applications, differentiation of access to the resources and data, management of productivity of servers, well-timed installation of the critical updates. Common information model CIM is described, allowing control systems to exchange the data unambiguously describing operated components, their interrelations and interfaces. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) of the organization of IT management is described. This library contains the description of structure and logic of processes, which should be carried out at the enterprise for maintenance of an optimum level of service. The structured approach to management of IT-services (HP ITSM) developed by HP Corporation on the basis of library ITIL is considered.

Development of formalized functional-synonymic models of some nominative French and Russian structures

The article considers the problems of creation separate functional-semantic models during transformation of nominative structures for solving the text analysis tasks and presenting these structures in formalized descriptions of multilingual knowledge base Intertext. The same formal descriptions are used as a basis for accomplishing automated linguistic transformations in machine translation.
For some non-prepositional, prepositional and prepositional-casal nominative structures the authors have developed the basic formalized semantic-synonymic Russian and French constructions. These models are being developed within the framework of the IPI RAN project on creation of multilingual knowledge base Intertext and multilingual linguistic processor. The analysys of structures and the module of multivariant formal-logical rules are being developed in view of functional similarity and syntactic polysemanticity. At the moment, the module of French-Russian (and reverse) translation is being developed for the current experimental version of the processor basing on English and Russian.
At the first stage, the analysis of nominative structures based on the targeted sampling of parallel scientific texts in Russian and French is to be done. The task of meaning transfer is solved on the basis of the analysis of cognitive structures.

The petroleum in the quantum world

The petroleum is analyzing as the complex system. It allows approaching its origin and the parent substance for the genesis of hydrocarbon part of petroleum from other point of view than dominated organic hypothesis of the petroleum origin. There were given evidences that the main part of the parent substance for petroleum origin could not be organic matter of biogenic nature as far as carbon part of hydrocarbon has hypogene provenance.

On information characteristics of unitary transformations

The present work demonstrates that unitary operators, transformations, conformable matrices determine one-to-one the probabilities and mergeable probabilities of physical systems states and thereby the unitary operators can be defined with the help of information characteristics such as uncertainty and joint entropy. By using the unitary matrix the relation has been defined between the uncertainty (information) and joint entropy. Uncertainty (information) is defined on the lines/columns of the unitary matrix of dimension . Joint entropy is defined on the Shannon matrix whose elements are the unitary matrix elements divided by . Information characteristics of unitary transformations provide an opportunity to identify interrelations having a common information and physical nature. The presented estimates of joint entropy characterizing the obtained by different authors matrices of electroweak interaction (1,7849; 1,7787; 1,7645; 1,7945) and the matrices of quarks confounding (1,7842, 1,7849) demonstrate good matching. Obviously, this is an informational evidence of physical unity of strong and electroweak interaction. Joint entropy characterizing the neutrino-mixing matrix is equal to 2,8469. It shows that neutrino mixing is probably of physical nature, which is different from quarks mixing and electroweak interaction.

On information technologies genesis (model approximation)

The structure and development of the Mankind as a system is explained as a rule in terms of hierarchic informatics-cybernetical mechanism forming its framework. The author presents his vision of consistent pattern of progressive development of the Mankind. The present work considers the availability of the point of singularity in the Mankind development and provides its interprettion as the result of finalizing the process of its meta-evolution (i.e. a procedure of adding tiers in the hierarchical system during its formation) and also the role of information and other related technologies (nanotechnologies in particular).
